The latest report is the Hon John Hatzistergos AM, who was the former Attorney General and Minister for Justice in NSW Labor government has been selected as NSW ICAC Chief Commissioner.
He managed to get appointed as a District Court Judge in NSW after trying for few years after quitting politics in 2011. This District Court Judge appointment was announced by the Hon Brad Hazzard MP when he was the NSW Attorney-General. Mr Hazzard is of NSW Liberal Party. He is now the Health Minister for NSW. So, what was the deal? A Liberal AG appointing a former Labor AG as the District Court judge?
Now the NSW Liberal Premier the Hon Dominic Perrottet MP is proposing a former Labor AG as the NSW ICAC Chief Commissioner. Is it on the merits or there is some deal to be soft on corruption and crimes? Who is advising the Premier? Is the Premier getting pressured from his Federal friends in Canberra to get someone that has a record of protecting the big names connected with corruption and wrongdoings?
There is no shortage on my files about how the Hon John Hatzistergos allegedly protected NSW Justice of the Peace Mr Alan Barwick who was Australia Post’s State Manager Corporate Security Group-CSG NSW/ACT for around 10 years. Prior to taking up this position with Australia Post Mr Barwick worked for NSW Police Force for twenty years.
Mr Barwick was supposed to help us to resolve the matter but instead he provided copies of falsified Australia Post documents that he himself certified in his capacity as a JP and gave those to Mr Andy Caprackas at Australia Post HQ in Melbourne for releasing those to me under the Freedom of Information Act. Mr Caprackas at the time was Australia Post’s National FOI Officer/Legal Officer and was responding to my FOI Review application where I was seeking documents involved in my ID theft matters. Both Mr Barwick and Mr Caprackas are no longer with Australia Post for more than a decade now.
The unacceptable conduct of NSW JPs falls under the portfolio responsibilities of the Attorney-General of NSW.
With all the extensive experience of Mr Barwick he probably thought he could easily get away by providing JP certified falsified documents to me. He deliberately did not disclose that he was the State Manager of Australia Post CSG NSW/ACT and was directly involved in the resolution of my ID theft matters. His investigator at the time was Mr Don Kane. Another person that worked under his leadership was Mr Paul Gardner. Mr Gardner left Australia Post sometime ago after failing to answer my questions about the authenticity of his signature on Australia Post letterhead received by my former solicitor Mr Pelosi. That letter had a false date, no reference number and was baseless. That signature looks like a forgery. Why no one contacted by me about this signature’s authenticity is responding including Ms Holgate? What are they hiding? Who are the criminals?
The recent proposed appointment of the Hon John Hatzistergos as the Chief of NSW Independent Commission Against Corruption raises serious questions because the NSW government has all the history of him, his predecessor and also his successor as the Attorney-Generals about my ID theft cover ups on their files where Mr Barwick was allegedly protected all along despite breaching the rules for the JPs while certifying falsified Australia Post documents. His failure to disclose his conflict of interest on the documents he certified was in a serious breach of certifying documents despite allegedly knowing that they are falsified.
I have numerous examples of the letters sent to AGs but today I will be sharing the one that I wrote to Mr Barwick himself. He did not respond.
Mr. Hatzistergos used his staff to brush me off, allowed months and months of delays in responding and then quitting politics when Labor lost the NSW elections in 2011 under the leadership of the Hon Kristina Keneally who was the Premier of NSW.
It will be very important to know that Mr Hatzistergos was NSW MLC and had FOUR more years left to continue as MLC. Why did he then quit politics? Serving the people of NSW was not a priority at all after Labor lost the election with a massive loss of seats in 2011 is my view. With Labor in the opposition there was no chance for Mr Hatzistergos to remain as the Attorney-General. He was requested to stay as the Shadow AG by the Labor Leader of the Opposition the Hon John Robertson but Mr Hatzistergos declined and left.

Subject: Australia Post Documents certified by you in the capacity of the JP and my stolen Identity by the use of Indonesian Passport fraudulently obtained on my name.
This is to inform you that I contacted Mr. Chris Lenton who is the NSW/ACT State Manager of Australia Post Corporate Security Group (CSG) as suggested by you to forward the Australia Post documents certified by you as the True Copies of the original sighted by you on 8 December 2006. The copies of these documents were forwarded to Mr. Chris Lenton for showing or forwarding them to you as this matter of my identity theft has remained unresolved. Mr. Chris Lenton has informed me that you are no longer working for Australia Post and it is the matter for you to respond to my questions in relation to your certification of these documents.
I was provided with these copies by Australia Post under the Freedom of Information Act.
The following copies have been attached:
a. Application to Redirect Mail with CRN 34634229 0 (ATTACHMENT 1) - One (1) page. Your certification of this document is on the back side of this document.
b. PO Box Application Form (ATTACHMENT 2) - Four (4) pages.
c. Field Receipt with No. 01317 (ATTACHMENT 3) - One (1) page.
d. Transaction Receipt with another CRN 39481015 0 (ATTACHMENT 4) - One (1) page.
Can you please confirm the following:
1. Is the handwriting on this certification your handwriting?
2. Is the rubberstamp used your rubberstamp?
3. Who came to you to get these copies certified?
4. Were you Australia Post State Manager Corporate Security Group NSW in June 2006 and December 2006?
5. Did you have a major role in Australia Post going high tech in CCTV technology?
6. Did you serve in the NSW Police Force for twenty years prior to joining Australia Post?
I am in the process of getting resolution to my stolen identity. Australia Post informed me that someone has redirected my mail that included all my family members to a PO Box in Haymarket in Sydney. A fraudulently obtained Indonesian Passport was used as a Photo ID bearing my name Vasant Wagh for this criminal activity. My whole family is distressed and extremely concerned that this matter has not reached any resolution despite most of the democratic processes put in place by the State and Commonwealth Governments are tried by us to get the resolution.
With your possible long term NSW Police career and also experience at Australia Post as the State Manager Corporate Security Group NSW/ACT you will understand that identity theft is extremely worrying and if there is a passport of another country on your name that is involved then it can wreck your life permanently if the matter remains unresolved.
It is now confirmed by my communication with Australia Post that the Application to redirect my Mail (CRN 34634229 0) and the PO Box application form supplied to me by Australia Post that has been certified by you are FABRICATED documents. It has become extremely important to find out who came to you with the fabricated originals to get these copies certified.
When I spoke with you on 31 December 2009 on your mobile telephone you had your own suspicion about this certification but at that time you did not see the documents. You now have an opportunity to see them for yourself.
This letter is my effort to give you an opportunity to look at the documents and provide answers to the simple questions listed above in relation to these documents. The real documents involved were handed over to Mr. Don Kane-Investigator of CSG NSW by Mr. Steve Gabell of Alexandria Delivery Facility on 16 June 2006.
The documents listed on the Field Receipt that is certified by you and included here for you to look at has only two documents listed and this Field Receipt No. 01317 is signed by Mr. Don Kane as the CSG NSW official and Mr. Steve Gabell as ADF official. These are the fabricated documents as the details on these documents do not add up with the real story that was told to me earlier.
In the past I believe you have identified my stolen identity, use of Indonesian passport on my name as a photo ID, my mail redirection and PO Box opening on my name as criminal matters and you indicated to the National FOI officer that this matter falls within the jurisdiction of NSW Police. When I visited my local police station, I was told that the Indonesian passport on my name is the matter that falls under the jurisdiction of the Australian Federal Police (AFP).
I understand that it was the responsibility of CSG NSW to inform the law enforcement bodies immediately after establishing the fact that I did not redirect my mail and open a PO Box anytime using an Indonesian Passport on my name as a Photo ID.
Can you please let me know briefly what the role of Australia Post CSG is when the crime is identified and the fraudulent passports are used in NSW or anywhere in Australia and this is brought to the attention of CSG officials by the local Australia Post Delivery Facility officials?
When the people report the identity theft where the fraudulently opened passport is used on their name what is the responsibility of NSW Police when the matter is reported to the local police station? With your possible long-term police career you, in my view, will be fully knowledgeable in this type of reporting by the customers.

Dear Supporters,
No response was ever received from Mr. Barwick. The honesty, integrity, values, independence, impartiality and transparency are paramount when it comes to the people appointed as the Commissioners of the ICAC.
With many people aware of my concerns about how Mr Barwick and Australia Post was protected by the people in the NSW government it is time to ask why these former politicians get the jobs where people with documented honesty, integrity and values are required to hear ordinary people. The people going to ICAC must feel confident and safe that they are not dealing with the people with suspected lost integrity.
I will try to share my letter/s to the Hon John Hatzistergos at some stage because it is important that people of this country know who are they dealing with if they have to deal with people that have failed to maintain even the basic moral and ethical standards while holding the high positions.

Many people in Australia Post that are aware of the truth and the cover ups must come forward with the truth is my suggestion. No matter what happens, they will be exposed one day for the part they are playing in the cover ups is my view.
If the appointment of Mr Hatzistergos as the NSW Chief ICAC Commissioner eventuates I will try to keep sharing my experiences with him and the people that tried to protect him as well. It is important to have confidence in NSW ICAC and this appointment announcement compromises that confidence is my view.
I hope the NSW Premier the Hon Dominic Perrottet MP will reconsider his support for this appointment very soon.
My fight for justice will not stop no matter what.
Please support my family and sign my petition in large numbers. I thank all my 40543 supporters that have supported me and my family. It is important that the ordinary people fighting for justice are heard and given the voice in the parliament. If the politicians fail to do that, they will become a very heavy burden on the taxpayers for not doing the jobs for which they get paid for. This is my view.
The people power is the answer in this matter because successive governments have failed to act. I hope the new PM the Hon Anthony Albanese MP does not follow the same path by endorsing failed politicians to get appointed as Federal ICAC Commissioner/s especially when he wants a federal ICAC with teeth.
Mr Albanese may not have the authority to select who becomes the NSW ICAC Chief Commissioner but if he looks for what is on the records in the Federal Departments about my fight for justice and all the corruption that is black and white, he is expected to denounce this former Labor AG with documented alleged lost integrity getting appointed as the NSW Chief ICAC Commissioner is my strong view.

It is time to unite and denounce corruption with one voice otherwise it will continue and very likely go out of control.
It is time to expose Australia Post’s protectors that keep on getting jobs they do not deserve. If anyone has any questions, please feel free to ask. I will come to other big names that protected Australia Post soon.
There are many past employees of Australia Post that have left their long-term jobs after dismally failing to adhere to their own basic Ethical Standards while the cover ups were ongoing. There are many still hanging onto their jobs.
This matter is very ripe and documented to get these people to answer questions in the parliament is my view.
Which politicians will be ready to put their hands up to start investigating Australia Post and the SIXTEEN long years of corruption and crimes cover ups in this matter?
After Labor won the federal election, I wrote to my Local Federal Member of Parliament to help me to raise this matter in the Parliament. I have not received any response yet. He is the Hon Matt Thistlethwaite MP. He is also now the Assistant Minister for Republic. If he does not respond I will let you know.
Who will investigate why Ms Holgate left and why Mr Fahour left?
