As you are all aware I have been fighting to get the truth out in relation to my Identity theft and the cover ups that are ongoing from June 2006. Please read my letter to the Prime Minister the Hon Scott Morrison MP below. This was sent on 17 October 2021.
Dear Prime Minister,
I have written to you many times in the past but no response was ever received except the automated acknowledgement that my letter is received.
In June 2006 I was informed by Australia Post’s Mr Steve Gabell that someone used Indonesian Passport on my name as a photo ID to Redirect my entire family’s mail to a PO Box in Haymarket in Sydney. I was Indian Citizen at that time.
There was an envelope on my name with a cheque inside with an incorrect house number 38 that does not exist in Randolph Street in Rosebery, NSW 2018. The postman took the envelope back despite my name and other address was correct to Mr Gabell. The fraud/crime was identified as it was not the Mail Redirection applied for by anyone in my family.
The matter was handed over to the Investigator Mr Don Kane of Australia Post Corporate Security Group. The covers ups of the truth started and have never ended for the past over 15 years.
I used many democratic processes to get to the bottom of this Mail Redirection but they all failed and that failure was not a mistake, oversight or lack of expertise of the people involved and the decision makers. It was a deliberate act to cover up the truth.
The following is the link to my petition update to Ms Christine Holgate. My petition is now signed and supported by 35331 people from every corner of Australia. There are numerous updates with documents and material written that gives a fair idea about the unacceptable conduct of many including Ms Holgate, Mr Fahour and many others.
My family has suffered and the covers ups are not stopping. Numerous elected representatives and Senators have ignored unacceptable conduct of many in Australia Post-past and present and not given me a voice. I request you to look at this matter personally and give me a meeting in Sydney to explain what efforts have gone in to get a resolution to this unresolved matter.
Ms Holgate resigned after sitting on documented corruption and cover ups and then allegedly used the Cartier watches story to resign with “IMMEDIATE EFFECT”. Her resignation has nothing to do with the Cartier watches she gifted because the evidence was piling up about her silence on the documented corruption and crimes cover ups initiated by Australia Post officials. Ms Holgate was on the 7.30 report with Ms Leigh Sales. I have made my own response to what she said point by point. Please read it. The link is below.
My family has suffered and the democratic processes have failed to get a resolution. I request you to take the conduct of Ms Holgate very seriously because her alleged baseless reasons for her resignation are not adding up at all is my view.
I need a voice and I have come to you to give me that voice.

This was the end of my letter to the Prime Minister.
Dear Supporters,
Please note: This was written on 17 October 2021 shortly before 9:58 pm. The Acknowledgement came but not the copy of my letter above. Normally the copy comes shortly after the instant acknowledgement is received. This did not happen with the above letter. Obviously, the people in-charge stopped it from coming to me as a proof of what I wrote is my view unless the practice of sending the copy has been discontinued.
I called 6271 5111 on 19 October 2021 at 9:54 am which is PM & C number and spoke with the lady for 25 minutes. I told her I did not receive the copy of my letter back but just the instant acknowledgement with Parliament House picture.
I explained to her my fight with Australia Post that is ongoing for the past over 15 years. I explained to her that I did use the Democratic processes to get a resolution. She asked me who was my Local Member of Parliament few times. I told her it was the Hon Matt Thistlethwaite of Labor party. I also told her he is not helping and he knows this matter since he was the Senator for NSW back in 2012.
I raised my concerns that for me not getting the copy of letter to the PM could be deliberate. She said it could be a “glitch” and not deliberate. She went into the system and confirmed that my letter was received on 17 October 2021. She also saw my many other contacts with the PM.
She said every time I contacted PM it was sent to the Minister for Communications and I should call the Department of Communications. I told her that I have never received any correspondence from PM & C that mentioned that my letter to the PM was provided to the Minister for Communications for a response. Also, there was nothing from the Minister for Communications that mentioned at any time that they have received my communication to the PM and they are responding to that one as no response to my letters to the PM has ever been received from anyone.
I told her that this matter is known to Minister for Communications since the former Senator Stephen Conroy of Labor party was in that position and then it was the Hon Malcolm Turnbull and then the former Senator the Hon Mitch Fifield- both of them from Liberal party did not respond to any of my letters at all.
I also mentioned that the Cartier watches given as gifts by Ms Holgate has nothing to do with her resignation is my view.
I also told her that the Senior Member Ms Geri Ettinger of AAT has falsified her decision in this matter and the Hon George Brandis kept on appointing her.
I requested her to see that I get the copy of my letter to PM dated 17 October 2021 as that never arrived in my Inbox as was the case in the past with other letters I wrote to the PM. She was going to enquire.
Today is 23 October 2021 and that letter was not received in my inbox. This is why I am now sharing it with my supporters and the people of this nation and the world as we need the transparency from the PM & C and the Prime Minister.
My numerous letters to the Hon Paul Fletcher MP have not been responded by anyone except only one unsatisfactory response that was not good enough to resolve the matter. This was in response to the representation from one of the NSW Senators the Hon Perin Davey long time ago. My serious concerns about that response were ignored by Senator Davey.
Mr Fletcher and the PM the Hon Scott Morrison MP were very much angry when it was revealed in the Senate estimates that Ms Holgate spent $12,000 which was then corrected as $19950 on Cartier Watches as gifts to the four employees of Australia Post. They launched an Investigation and it found that giving away watches in this way did not meet the public expectations and was not consistent with the policies governing Australia Post.
If this was the case then how will my ID Theft cover ups will meet any Public Expectations and the policies governing this Government Business Enterprise-GBE AUSTRALIA POST? How could the money spent, resources used, external and internal legal costs, Air fare costs, other travel costs, Flawed FOI decisions costs, lying, cheating, fabrications, forged signature allegations, numerous people in Australia Post covering up corruption and crimes could be justified by the people responsible to address this for the past over FIFTEEN years? Who will find out the truth and motive behind the cover ups? Who will find the motives behind my ID theft with Indonesian Passport on my name?
With numerous elected representatives including many Senators aware of the unacceptable conduct of many Australia Post officials-past and present why there is no investigation on the conduct of Ms Holgate, Mr Fahour and many others? Why they allow the cover ups to continue?
My brief letter to the PM above can now be read by anyone. I will wait for his response. If the copy of my letter to the Prime Minister was provided to me, I would have waited for at least a month or even more before it was shared with my supporters if the response was not received.
Please help us to get justice. Please sign my petition in large numbers and also share it with as many others as possible. Ms Holgate, Mr. Fahour and many others leaving their Jobs at Australia Post must be investigated. The reasons for the resignations of Ms Holgate and Mr. Fahour never added up and will never add up is my view.
My petition to Ms Holgate is now signed and supported by 35656 people from across Australia. This number will keep growing and more and more corruption could come to light.
In my view it is important for the elected representatives to raise this unresolved matter in the Parliament and ask questions about why this is unresolved for over FIFTEEN years to the people involved in the cover ups, silence, blind eye attitude and unfair, unjust and unreasonable conduct displayed by them.
If nobody is above the law then why not start testing it from Australia Post officials? They had numerous opportunities, time, resources and lot of information to act on. They all allegedly joined hands to ruin our lives to protect the wrongdoers is my view. They know the corruption, they know the crimes, they know the breaches of the laws of Australia, they highly likely know the identities of the criminals that engaged in these premediated activities and then chose to allegedly push everything under the carpet.
Ms. Holgate, Mr. Fahour, Ms. Corbett, Ms. Kelly, Mr. Burke, Mr. Staunton, Mr. Lemish, Mr. Gardner, Mr. Henley, Mr. Ballantyne, Mr. Kane, Mr. Caprackas, Mr. Brotherson, Mr. Macdonald, Mr. Pavarajah, Mr. Williams, Ms. Tomaras, Ms. Moritz, Mr. Cousland, Mr. Vula, Mr. Barwick, Ms. Roslyn, Mr. Gabell, Mr. Lenton and Ms. Tehan are the names that I am aware of that know this matter. Many have left and many are still working for Australia Post in their Melbourne HQ.
With so many names why there is no investigation despite the matter is unresolved from June 2006?
Ms Holgate was given voice by numerous people in the media but they are silent on my petition, updates, documents and what is presented by me so far. What are they afraid of? Are they independent and impartial? Are they controlled by others involved in the cover ups and pulling the strings?
This unprecedented matter in the history of Australia Post is in the massive public interest because close to a million people in Australia alone become victims when their identities get compromised. This happens years after years. Those who get paid to represent the people of this nation can not just remain silent on the corruption and crimes cover ups. Each and every elected representative’s constituents are customers and owners of Australia Post including themselves. Why are they silent on this matter?
Why so many Australia Post employees that worked for Australia Post for years and know about this matter suddenly left? What do they know about the crimes and cover ups that they want to remain silent on?
Who will investigate? Why is the PM silent?
It is time to unite and denounce this documented corruption and cover ups with one voice because we need a decent democracy in Australia where everyone is treated equally and not on the basis of how much money they have or what position they hold/held and how much power they have/had.
If the PM does not respond I will let you know.
I thank the lady that took my call in PM & C and listening to me. She was good to me but the copy of my letter to the PM above was not sent to me after that call on 19 October 2021 despite she could see and read it in the system.

We, together, can make a change and improve the quality of democracy in our country is my confidence. The power of TRUTH is unlimited. The truth will eventually come out because there are numerous people inside and also outside of Australia Post that are aware of the cover ups and the truth behind the cover ups. This is my view.
Ms Holgate and Mr Fahour resigned after failing to act, failing to address corruption and crimes cover ups initiated by Australia Post officials and they expected the people of this nation to believe them on the alleged baseless reasons they provided for their resignations.
Why there is no INVESTIGATION? Why everyone in the Parliament House silent? Where is the justice? Where is the honesty, integrity and values of the people that know the truth?
It is time for the honest people to blow the whistle because we cannot allow our country to go down the path of uncontrolled corruption. It is time to clean up the dishonesty in the Parliament House to stop our country from going down on the international stage and perceived as getting more and more corrupt every year.
We cannot remain SILENT. We cannot simply ignore the corruption. We cannot allow the Toxic Culture in our institutions to go unchecked and hidden because of the fear. It is time to demand an excellent democracy, transparency, honesty, integrity and values from the people we elect and the people we are expected to trust to run our country with a passion to make it corruption free.
We start from Australia Post and also the Parliament House where numerous people are aware of this matter and the cover ups but have failed to act under successive governments.
I expect the Honourable Prime Minister to see me because he says Nobody is above the law but then fails to act and fails to respond to what is presented to him.
