Today I am providing a documentary evidence of a letter to me from the former Shadow Minister for Communications the Hon Jason Clare MP. Unacceptable conduct of Australia Post officials is very well known to Mr Clare for a very long time. This was from the time Mr Clare was Minister for Justice and Minister for Home Affairs while Labor was in the government. Extensive communication is on the records.

He failed to hold Australia Post to account and allegedly colluded with Australia Post’s Ms Erin Kelly who was the Head of Board and Shareholder Liaison and later Corporate Secretary of Australia Post. Ms Kelly has now left Australia Post after dismally failing to act to resolve the matter. Her alleged unacceptable conduct is known to Ms Holgate.

Mr. Clare got his portfolio of Shadow Minister for Communications changed with the help of the Hon Bill Shorten MP who was the Leader of the Opposition. Mr Clare’s Communications portfolio was given to the Hon Michelle Rowland MP.

Ms Rowland was a practicing lawyer in the past and expected to be aware of numerous breaches of the laws by number of Australia Post officials. She has failed to respond to my numerous letters for help and has not returned my call to find out why is she not responding.

Former Senator Mitch Fifield was the Minister for Communications. He dismally failed to hold Australia Post to account and then abruptly left politics. In his valedictory speech he did not say a single word about Australia Post despite being the Minister responsible for Australia Post. This portfolio was previously held by the Hon Malcolm Turnbull under the leadership of the Hon Tony Abbott. When Mr Abbott was successfully challenged by Mr Turnbull to become the Prime Minister, he appointed Mr Fifield in his portfolio of Minister for Communications. Mr Turnbull dismally failed to hold Australia Post to account as well as the Shadow Minister of Communications while in the opposition and then as the Minister for Communications in the government and then again as the Prime Minister. If you do not know or have forgotten Mr Fifield helped Mr Turnbull to remove Mr Abbott from the Office of PM successfully and then helped the Hon Peter Dutton MP to remove Mr Turnbull from the office of the PM unsuccessfully. The result was the Hon Scott Morrison MP became the PM. That is all documented as well.

The letter to me from Mr Clare in the image posted today indicates that he forwarded my concerns about Australia Post to the Minister for Communications Senator the Hon Mitch Fifield. Mr. Clare was going to contact me as soon as he received a response from the former Senator Fifield.

THAT RESPONSE NEVER ARRIVED. Mr Clare did not question the former Minister for Communication Mr Fifield about his silence and failure to respond.

My requests to Mr Clare to address this matter in his different relevant positions while in the government and then now in the opposition are extensively documented.

This matter started from June 2006 and has not ended because of the simple reason and that is no one wants to tell me the truth or help me to get the truth out with interest. Baseless letters from the elected representatives that go nowhere are many. This is why no matter who is in the government the corruption in our country is NOT curbed.

This fight for justice is unprecedented in the history of Australia Post and also in the history of Australia because this fight to get the TRUTH revealed has never stopped.

Numerous Australia Post officials are allegedly aware of the truth but took part in hiding the truth. Now Ms Christine Holgate MD & Group CEO of Australia Post, after her predecessor’s dismal failure to act and resolve the matter, is silent and does not act and respond to my letters, documents, phone calls, emails and faxes.

Her remuneration that runs into few millions of dollars per year is expected to give results. Those results must include and judged on not only how much money she makes for Australia Post but if she is working with honesty, integrity and values and adhering to the stated Ethical Standards of Australia Post. In these matters she has dismally failed so far to hold the wrongdoers to account and that number is very high within Australia Post.

Those that have made a run from their highly paid and senior position jobs at Australia Post and those that are involved in these matters and still hanging onto their jobs at Australia Post deserve to be brought to account because their failures to address this matter were allegedly deliberate, calculated, intentional and against the rules governing their employment with Australia Post. Ms Holgate knows who they are and she knows the names of those that have left after hiding the truth.

This petition is now signed and supported by 19512 people from across Australia and they all want the TRUTH and nothing but the TRUTH told to me and my family as we are the victims and we have the right to know the truth.

The longer Ms Holgate keeps the lid on the truth and tries to swipe this unresolved matter with documented corruption and cover ups under the carpet she could do more harm to her reputation, standing in the society and inflict irreparable damage to her position as the MD & Group CEO of Australia Post is my view.

Please help my family to get the truth out. Please sign my petition in large numbers and comment on the updates if you can. We need our elected representatives to do their jobs with honesty, integrity and values and honour the Oath of Office they take at all times.

The lost trust in our many politicians has reached alarming levels and the letter in the image posted today is one example out of many others that are on my files. Some of them are shared in my previous updates.

Few days ago, I received an email from my Local Federal Member of Parliament the Hon Matt Thistlethwaite MP, also of Labor party, which clearly is an indication that he will not raise my unresolved matters in the parliament. He was silent for a very long time. What compelled him to write to me will be interesting to find out.

I will share that with you with my comments in the near future. The trust is lost but as long as he is my Local Federal Member, I will hold him to account for failing to represent me and my family as we are his constituents. He knows this unresolved matter from June 2012 while he was the Senator for New South Wales and then went onto become the Member for Kingsford Smith after the Hon Peter Garrett decided to quit politics. Mr Garrett had all the corruption sitting in his “tray” for six months but failed to act as well. Then he quit politics and then restarted his Midnight Oil Band.

Numerous documents have been created and getting created to prove corruption, dishonesty, cover ups, unethical activities and breaches of the laws.

In his budget reply speech, the Leader of the Opposition the Hon Anthony Albanese MP was criticising the government for not establishing the Federal Independent Commission Against the Corruption- Federal ICAC for seven years. Mr Albanese was correct in every respect to highlight this but has failed to respond to my single letter so far about the failures of his own Labor MP’s and Senators to act and hold the government to account for allowing this matter to continue without a resolution.

Why is Mr. Albanese silent? This matter was before Labor government under Rudd-Gillard-Rudd era as well. I will come to that in the future as that failure is also documented. Mr Clare was part of the Labor government at the time.

This corruption cancer needs eradication and my family needs your help as the people that get paid to do their jobs with honesty, integrity and valuers have failed so far. People quitting politics and people quitting Australia Post jobs is not resolving the matter. The People Power will work is my confidence because there is no shortage of documented corruption and cover ups.

We need our country free of corruption and this single matter alone, that is ongoing for the past over 14 long years, has the potential to start that eradication process.

Please write to her is my request. If she ignores you then that will be a further evidence that she wants to join others in covering up this matter as well.

Identity thefts affect over a million people in our country alone and when the truth is covered up, despite it is known, then it only encourages people to keep committing crimes more and more.

NOBODY SHOULD BE ABOVE THE LAW including Ms Christine Holgate and Mr Ahmed Fahour and their teams.

No media has come forward to assist me in bringing the truth out. Where is their independence and impartiality gone? Where are all those Walkley Award Winners vanished? Where is ABC? A Current Affair? Four Comers? Sixty Minutes? Sky News? SMH? Daily Telegraph? The Guardian? and many others including the investigative journalists? 

The trust has to be earned because it cannot be bought.

If Ms Holgate ignores 19512 customers of Australia Post that are my supporters and signatories to this petition then she needs to be questioned by the people of this nation as our elected representatives are failing to do their jobs and that includes the members of the Australian Greens as well.

My numerous letters to Dr. Mehreen Faruqi of the Australian Greens, since she became the Senator for NSW have gone unanswered. I am her constituent. What is then the difference among Labor, Liberals, Nationals and Greens when it comes to represent me and my family? Nothing at all.

I hope someone will wake up and say enough is enough and help us as they get paid to represent their constituents.

People Power is the answer as democratic processes continue to fail to get justice and the truth out.
