Today I am sharing my email to Ms Christine Holgate dated 27 September 2020. Included in this email was my update of the last week dated 27 September 2020. She has not yet responded but she is completely silent on all the documented cover ups all along.

Her leadership quality in addressing the wrongdoings of numerous Australia Post officials has become a matter of serious concerns. Her silence on my petition, petition updates and the images posted so far, that speak volumes, have been ignored by her. This is highly likely in breach of her own Code of Conduct, ethical responsibilities, corruption and crimes reporting and addressing responsibilities and against the rules of working with honesty, integrity and values is my view.

She was expected to give me a meeting but she does not respond. Her many senior officials have failed to respond as well. One of them is the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary Mr Nick Macdonald.

Today’s image is a copyright image of a blank cheque and I paid to use it. The significance of this is the cheque was on my name and the envelope was on my name with the cheque inside. That is NOT Australia Post property. By hiding this and not telling the truth is against the rules of Australia Post and also in breach of the Commonwealth laws is my view.

Dear Ms Holgate,

Below is my latest update on Change.org platform. Your silence on this matter has become a matter of serious concerns to me. My many requests to you to give me a meeting have been ignored by you.

It was well established from the very beginning when this matter was brought to our attention on 15-16 June 2006 that someone used Indonesian passport on my name as a Photo ID to Redirect my entire family’s mail to a PO Box in Haymarket Post office in Sydney. That PO Box was also fraudulently opened on my name using Indonesian Passport as a Photo ID.

Then it was conveyed to us that there is a Cheque on my name involved that was in the envelope addressed to me with an incorrect house number 38 on the envelope. The postman took the envelope back to Mr Steve Gabell of Alexandria Delivery Facility-ADF located in Ralph Street, Alexandria, in Sydney. This was because there is no 38-number house in Randolph Street as the houses end at No.21. It was then discovered that there was an active mail redirection in place with the PO Box up and running in Haymarket Post office on my name. Then it was conveyed to us that the mail redirection application was not submitted in Haymarket Post Office but the PO Box was opened in Haymarket Post office.

It was then reported to us that Mr. Gabell had to do overtime to hand over the matter to Australia Post Corporate Security Group-CSG as he was proceeding on extended leave when this matter came to his attention.

Ms Roslyn of ADF confirmed about the envelope on my name as well. She was ready to open a PO Box on my name to avoid letters coming to our home for security reasons for one month but then said it cannot be done because there is already one on my name at Haymarket that was fraudulently opened.

Then we were informed that the matter is handed over to the “Security” by Mr Gabell. This was Australia Post Corporate Security Group NSW. The documents were handed over to Mr Don Kane who was the investigator. I had a telephone conversation with Mr Kane on 16 June 2006. He said helping me was his job. That help never arrived because he has never contacted me after 16 June 2006.

The rest is the documented history of corruption and cover ups that are not ending to keep the truth covered up from my family. Your silence is helping the wrongdoers and is helping to keep the corruption and crimes covered up. The long list of people involved in the cover ups that are past and present employees of Australia Post is seriously concerning. Your silence on this matter could be in serious breach of your responsibilities is highly likely. Pleased correct me if this is wrong.

It does not matter that the envelope addressed to me and the cheque inside was identified as a premeditated fraudulent/criminal activity. That envelope is MY Mail. You have or anyone else in Australia Post has no right to stop it from delivering it to me. Your silence on the documented cover ups therefore is a serious matter.

The fabricated documents supplied to me under the FOI Act is a separate criminal activity. The hiding of the death of Mr Bob Croxford was unethical and unacceptable activity. Not telling me if the signature on the letter to my then solicitor Mr Vincent Pelosi of Pelosi & Associates of Mr Paul Gardner is a genuine signature or is a forgery is another unacceptable conduct of numerous of your employees including Mr Gardner himself. Your silence on that is against even the basic standards that one would expect from the MD & Group CEO of Australia Post.

As you have seen that this matter is not going away and will only gather more and more strength as the time passes if you keep the truth covered up, I request you to act now to resolve it immediately. Any documents involved in the criminal activities must be stored in a safe place for ever. I do not have to tell you this but must remind you about what is the responsibility of Australia Post. Passage of time in criminal activities does not affect the strength of the case which you are expected to be aware of.

One day, the part you may be playing to protect your employees that have taken active roles in keeping the truth covered up may be questioned publicly. At that time all the hell may break loose as the documentary evidence that is getting piling up of your silence on the cover ups by your officials will be very difficult for you to defend is my view.

I am of the view that you have millions of dollars and this Australia Post job that you have accepted for altruistic reasons is not working for you. If your decision to take this job was for altruistic work then you should not have any difficulty in giving me a voice. You were ready to work even for One dollar is on the records.

As you have failed to give me a voice and give me a meeting and because of your continued silence on my many letters and documents already provided to you it is time for me to raise my serious concerns about your unacceptable silence with the Board of Australia Post.

I have not contacted anyone so far on the Board of Australia Post except when Mr David Mortimer was the Chairman of the Board long time ago. It is now time for bringing my concerns against you with the Board is my view unless you come up with the truth about the cover ups and come up with the real documents involved in the fraudulent and criminal activities immediately.

When Mr Fahour left you had a golden opportunity to resolve this matter but you kept relying on the same people that were allegedly morally bankrupt and involved in the cover ups. That was the beginning of your leadership failure is my view.  

I will wait until Friday 2 October 2020 until 4:00 pm for your response. This is Mahatma Gandhi Jayanti day. Birthday of Mahatma Gandhi. I hope you will take some inspiration from his life story and fight against injustice.

It will be the best day for you to come up with the truth as you can then remember for the rest of your life that you did something good to stop injustice and laid the foundation for the eradication of corruption in the country that you call home on the same day Mahatma Gandhi was born.

Ms Holgate, why is the envelope addressed to me NOT delivered for over 14 Years?

Dear Supporters,

Please help by signing, commenting and then questioning Ms Holgate about this unresolved matter that is ongoing from 15-16 June 2006.

I hope Ms Holgate starts talking as this matter will not rest until the truth is revealed to us.

My petition is now signed and supported by 19420 people from across Australia and with your help it could grow very fast is my confidence.

Please spread the word as we need corruption free, efficient, honest, moral and ethical Australia Post. We own Australia Post. We cannot simply remain silent about the documented wrongdoings that have been identified and not resolved.

Australia Post has not even cared to show me the photocopies of the real documents involved.
