Today, I am bringing to your attention the Public Statement released by Australia Post on 10 September 2020. It is in relation to the recent big news about those stubby holders that were not delivered to the residents of Melbourne Tower sent by the Head Office of Senator Pauline Hanson.
This building was in lockdown due to the strict Corona virus restrictions placed on the residents.
The question is about the parcels containing the stubby holders (This is One Nation party’s advertising item) were not delivered as addressed. It is reported that the parcels with the stubby holder were not addressed with the individual names of the residents of the tower. They were simply sent to “The Residents”.

It says in part:
“Commonwealth laws prohibit any conduct which interferes with the mail, and make it clear that Australia Post is obliged to complete the delivery of Australians’ mail to the designated address”.
I have been fighting for justice and against the documented unacceptable conduct of numerous Australia Post officials from 15-16 June 2006.
As indicated to my supporters many times earlier that there was an envelope addressed to me with my correct name and address except the wrong house number 38 written on it. This fact is known to numerous past and present employees of Australia Post including the current General Counsel and Corporate Secretary Mr Nick Macdonald and the MD & Group CEO of Australia Post Ms Christine Holgate.
The postman took the envelope back as there was no 38-number house in the street we live. This envelope had a cheque on my name inside and this was reported to us by Australia Post officials.
There was an active mail redirection from my name in place and also a PO Box opened on my name operating in Sydney. This mail redirection and PO Box opening was done using Indonesian passport as a photo ID on my name by successfully tricking Australia Post that the person was changing home and needed the mail to be redirected. The redirection included all my family members as well.
Australia Post identified that it was my name on the envelope. This means the envelope belonged to me. Wrong house number does not matter as I am the only person with this name and it was clearly accepted that the envelope had my name on it. Australia Post has failed to deliver this envelope to me for the past 14 Years 3 Months and 12 Days.
If it is a criminal offence to interfere with the mail then all those past and present employees of Australia Post that are aware that this envelope is not delivered to me and have engaged in the truth cover up about this Identity Theft matter deserve to be brought to justice is my view.
Mr Macdonald has not responded to my letters and this is also the case with Ms Holgate. They have the authority, obligation and responsibility to give my mail to me irrespective of it being identified as a fraudulent activity. Why are they silent? Who are the criminals that need to be protected? Why have they taken the risk of holding onto my mail for the past 14 plus years? What is their benefit in hiding the truth? Who was caught opening the PO Box on my name? Who wrote the cheque? What was the cheque for? What was the amount on the cheque?
Senator Hanson was on Sky channel with Mr Paul Murray distancing herself from the posting of the stubby holders. If she or her staff have done nothing wrong in posting the parcels with the stubby holders then why did she pay for the returning of the parcels to her by Australia Post?
My numerous letters to Senator Hanson to hold Australia Post and Ms Holgate to account for keeping my ID Theft matter covered up over the years have been ignored by her. I am not the constituent of Senator Hanson but the same was the case with the residents of the Melbourne tower. They are NOT her constituents as well because she is the Senator for Queensland. Did that matter to Senator Hanson’s staff in her Head Office that the Melbourne tower residents were not Senator Hanson’s constituents?
When Australia Post is owned by and operated for us, we all must help them to function properly and I am playing my part. Ms Holgate, however is not helping me to eradicate corruption in Australia Post where my ID Theft matter cover ups have exposed many high-ranking Australia Post officials. Her silence is not acceptable and the silence of Mr Macdonald is also not acceptable.
On one hand they talk about how important it is to deliver mail to the people it is addressed to and on the other hand they are contributing to hide the envelope addressed to me from June 2006. What is the simple word to explain this unacceptable conduct? “Hypocrisy”. We all must denounce such conduct with one voice to bring people to justice because these people have ruined our lives by abusing their powers and authority by hiding the truth.
The ongoing efforts to keep the corruption and crimes covered up by numerous Australia Post officials is a National Disgrace and those that have left their long-term and highly paid jobs at Australia Post, after failing to act on these unresolved matters, should never be allowed to get away just because they have left their jobs. This includes Mr Ahmed Fahour- former 5.6 Million remuneration MD & Group CEO and also Ms Christine Corbett-former 1.5 Million remuneration Chief Customer Officer. Both of them were fully aware of my fight for getting the REAL documents involved but failed to act and then probably it was too much for them to hide the corruption and crimes and left. Is there anyone in the media ready to give me a voice? Is there any elected representative ready to give me a voice including Senator Hanson?
Ms Holgate’s failure to act on my unresolved matters are conveyed to numerous elected representatives on an ongoing basis. Senator Hanson has ignored to respond to my letters. Please see the following link to see Senator Hanson on Sky News Australia with Mr Paul Murray.
I request Mr. Murray and also Senator Hanson to give me a voice to present my story.
I sincerely request Senator Hanson to show her guts to say what I am thinking.
I have not given up to fight for justice from June 2006. Let Senator Hanson take this challenge to start cleaning up corruption starting from Australia Post and then from numerous other places as well. Senator Hanson has my address, email, fax and mobile phone number as well for number of years.
I am awaiting her call if she wants to see the dark sides of the misbehaving people in Australia Post. This is a Government Business Enterprise-GBE meaning Australia Post is owned by and operated for Australian people. How could anyone allow the corruption in Australia Post to continue in this way. I am entitled to receive my mail. I am ready to collect it personally so that it is not lost in the mail. I am seeking a meeting for a very long time with Ms Holgate and her team that are involved in these matters but she does not respond. What is she trying to hide from the victims?
