No one contacted by me to find out the name and the position of the signatory of the letter to me in the image posted above was ready to disclose it.
Ms Holgate’s silence on the documented corruption and cover ups has continued. This unprecedented matter in the history of Australia Post and also in the history of our country-Australia has remained unresolved since 15-16 June 2006.
Identity thefts is a worldwide problem but, in my matters, the highest-level cover ups have raised serious questions about what was the motive and why the wrongdoers are protected for over 14 long years.
Today I am sharing one of my letters written to the former Prime Minister the Hon Tony Abbott AC. I wrote to him many times since he was the Leader of the Opposition while Labor was in the government. This was that Rudd-Gillard-Rudd Labor era. Mr Abbott is recently honoured as Companion of the Order of Australia-AC. This honour is explained as follows:
“The Companion of the Order of Australia is awarded for eminent achievement and merit of the highest degree in service to Australia or humanity at large”.
If the due democratic processes fail to get the resolution and justice where could you go, especially when the decision makers are proven as morally bankrupt and outright corrupt people?
The following letter that Mr Abbott failed to respond to has raised serious questions about his ability to protect the democracy in our country is my view. The trust in many politicians has evaporated but many ordinary people may not get the first hand experience about their untrustworthiness unless they experience uncontrolled cover ups. Numerous people have allegedly joined hands to cover up corruption, crimes, wrongdoings, fabrication, unethical activities, cheating, lying and are failing to do the jobs for which they get paid for. This is also the case about those that have left their jobs and positions after contributing to keep the truth covered up.
My fight for justice for my family and to get the truth out about my Identity theft cover ups and the fight for the release of the REAL documents involved in this matter has exposed many people for failing to work with honesty, integrity and values.
My letter to Mr Abbott had many names. All these people had the knowledge of my efforts to get the truth out which Australia Post officials started to hide from 15-16 June 2006. The cancer of corruption then spread and no matter where I went the cover ups continued to this day.
For Ms Christine Holgate to remain silent on the documented corruption and cover ups, despite the cover ups were initiated by Australia Post officials, raises serious questions about her suitability to lead Australia Post. Her predecessor, Mr Ahmed Fahour, sat on the documented corruption and cover ups for the almost entire period of seven years he was the MD & Group CEO of Australia Post.
Mr Fahour’s abrupt resignation deserves full scale investigations. Numerous journalist and media were contacted by me to give me a voice but no one has yet shown any courage to expose the highest-level cover ups so far.
I have not stopped this fight for justice for over fourteen continuous years. If anyone, including Ms. Hogate, believes that their silence or wilful blindness will allow this matter to go away and the truth could be hidden forever and the cover ups could be swept under the carpet for ever then they will do it at their own peril is my view.
The number of people that have prematurely left their jobs after their involvement in keeping the truth covered up or after making corrupt decisions or after fabricating evidence or after protecting the wrongdoers is high and that number is expected to keep growing if the matter is kept unresolved. This is my view.
Many people named in my letter to Mr Abbott are no longer in their positions or jobs. Why did they leave? Why many have quit politics? Why one person has passed away where the cause of death is suicide? Why was that death hidden from me by Mr Fahour and his team despite he was named as my Contact Person?
Ms Holgate has taken a wrong path and that path of silence is in breach of the rules and standards that Ms Holgate herself needs to follow while working for Australia Post.
The basic expectations from the person in the position of MD & Group CEO is to have honesty, integrity and values. Ms Holgate has failed to display those to me and my family. The power of truth is much more than all the money in the world the wrongdoers may have. Some are millionaires is my view.

I hope you will realise that this matter has remained unresolved and the fight for justice is not going to stop. If you believe you can contribute to stop further destruction of democracy in our country and work towards reversing the wide spread perception that Australia is getting more and more corrupt every year for many years now it will help my cause to work towards eradicating highest level corruption in our country first starting from Australia Post.
To the list of fourteen people numbered 26 to 39 in Australia Post in my letter below there will be more people added to that list now. They are:

There are more in NSW Police Force as well. One is the Inspector and the other is Superintendent Commander. There are more in the Office of the Commonwealth Ombudsman as well.
The way the politicians are carrying out is not good for the country is a wide spread concern. You had numerous opportunities to address my concerns but you have failed so far. I even received a letter signed by your former Chief of Staff Ms Peta Credlin on your letterhead while you were the Leader of the Opposition. That letter could be a fraudulent use of your letterhead but you have and Ms Credlin has remained very silent on that as well. It is highly likely that both of you know the source of that letter if it was not from Ms Credlin to me is my view.
If that letter becomes public what will be your position to address it then? There is a lot of correspondence on that letter as well. You are also aware that I have received a letter on the letterhead of the Hon Michael Keenan MP while you were in the Opposition and that letter has a forged signature of Mr Keenan. You and Mr Keenan have remained silent on that fraudulent activity is of serious concerns to me and my family as well. The source of that letter on Mr Keenan's letterhead may have connection to one on your letterhead is a possibility.
I hope you will realise that it is time for you to stand up and say enough is enough and help me to resolve this matter starting with Australia Post. I do not have to be your constituent because this matter is known to you for many years now and we all own Australia Post. My Local state and federal Members are of Labor Party and the corruption and crimes cover ups were ignored while Labor was in the government for 6 years prior to you becoming the Prime Minister. They do not give me a voice as their own friends failed to address this matter while in the government. The following list has many Labor members as well.
The matter remained unresolved under your leadership and now under the leadership of Mr Turnbull as well. He was the Shadow Minster for Communications and then Minister for Communications and now the Prime Minister. Mr Turnbull has dismally failed to hold Australia Post to account is my view. He went on television and said Mr Fahour’s remuneration is too high. That is what he could do but not hold Mr Fahour to account on these unresolved matters. Both of them are in the Millionaires club as you know very well. They have lost touch with the ordinary people is my view. I also believe Mr Turnbull must pay a price for allegedly protecting Australia Post from August 2011. Mr Turnbull’s successor as the Minister for Communications, who helped him to remove you as the Prime Minister, also failed to respond to my single letter from many so far. He is Senator the Hon. Mitch Fifield.

On 15 January 2015 I received a letter with the Reference Number C15/4473 on the letterhead of Australian Government- Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet via email to my email address xxxxxxxxxxxxx.
Can you please see the attached copy of that letter and please let me know the full name and the position of the signatory to this letter? I have made some comments on this letter. This is Attachment 1 (0ne Page).
This response was in response to my letter dated 1 January 2015 to you on your government funded website. The copy of my letter dated 1 January 2015 on your website is also attached with your automatically generated acknowledgement. This is Attachment 2 (Three pages).
My family in my view is affected because of the systemic corruption that is ongoing from 15-16 June 2006. Many things have happened since I wrote to you on 10 August 2013. I expected Ms Peta Credlin-your Chief of Staff to fully brief you after she wrote to me on 15 August 2013. This was prior to the elections when you were the Leader of the Opposition.
I am very much disappointed that the Minister for Justice the Hon Michael Keenan MP has failed to write to me personally despite the documentary evidence of the corruption was provided to him. There are many signs that the democracy is failing if you look at my family’s fight for justice with keen interest.
My family’s pain and suffering and psychological torture could have been minimised if Australia Post Corporate Security Group officials did not engage in covering up the matter of my identity theft in the first place from 16 June 2006 from my family. The cancer of corruption then spread and it keeps on spreading to many other state and federal government agencies. This is why your personal interest to end this corruption is very much warranted.
I need your help and assistance and I need a VOICE to resolve this matter. I also need your help in starting to work on making this great country the greatest and the cleanest on this planet in say next five years. The cleanest here means the least corrupt in the whole world.
If you want to show to the nation that you are the powerful leader please consider standing down the following three persons from their positions as a starting point. In my view all the documentary evidence of their failures to stand up against the corruption is available. All of them have not responded to my many important letters.
These three persons are:
1. Hon Michael Keenan MP-Minister for Justice
2. Senator the Hon George Brandis-Attorney General
3. Hon Malcolm Turnbull MP-Minister for Communications
In my view nobody in this country will be able to challenge your decision to stand all the above-named persons down if the documentary evidence is made public about the role, they may have played in keeping the corruption covered up either directly or indirectly.
You need a case where you will never lose if you stand up for the advancement of this country. My unprecedented matter is the right matter where you will never lose the debate because the corruption is documented. The failures and possible willful blindness of the people in the positions of power, trust and authority is available.
I am attaching here three more documents for your reference. The first one is the Oath of Office taken by Mr. Keenan, the second is the Executive Councillor’s Oath taken by Mr. Keenan and the third is the letter I received on Mr. Keenan’s letterhead when he was the Shadow Minister for Justice, Customs and Border Protection. Please look at the signature on the letter I received and the other two on the Oaths he took on 18 September 2013 before the Governor General. These three documents are Attachments 3, 4 and 5 respectively. (One page each)
The Minister for Justice Mr. Keenan is not ready to answer any questions about the signature on the letter I received and the letter itself. Where is the Justice? Where is his honesty, integrity and transparency? If the letter to me dated 04 July 2013 was a fraud what was the responsibility of Mr. Keenan towards my family?
Now as per the letter I received on 15 January 2015 from your Department you have referred the matter to the same person who has dismally failed in helping me and has not responded to my letters when it was in my view his responsibility to do so. He is Hon. Michael Keenan MP- Minister for Justice.
In my view as the democracy has not worked in my matters for the past over eight and a half years there is a need to appoint a Parliamentary Committee to find out why the cover up is not ending. The truth will possibly come out in next to no time if numerous Australia Post employees and the officials of Australia Post Corporate Security Group- past and present are brought before the Parliamentary Committee to answer questions starting from Mr. Ahmed Fahour MD and CEO of Australia Post.
Please do not pass on this letter to other people for a response. They have no authority to respond on the material above in this letter is my view.
Please do not miss this opportunity because in my view you may not get it again to make this country the best in the world in its democratic values.
The following is the list of the Honourable people and the people once on high levels of authority and power who had the excellent opportunity to resolve my identity theft and all the cover ups that are ongoing in any way and in any manner they chose. All of them failed to resolve the matter or even starting the process to resolve the matter. It is important for you to know the names as I expect you to stand up for this country to make it the best in the world. If you fail to start the process of corruption eradication someone else may take the opportunity in the very near future. I hope you will not hesitate to take tough decisions. Just removing people will not help. Replacing them with people with exceptional values by giving them 100% independence to wipe out the corruption is the answer is my view.
Appointing people with lost values to look into the corruption will never help to eradicate corruption is my view. Please read the first report again prepared by the Customs Reform Board. Do you believe this report is strong enough to eradicate corruption in Customs? This report in my view is weak because two of the three persons appointed by the Hon Jason Clare MP when he was the Minister for Home Affairs and Minister for Justice, Customs and Border Protection did not do his homework prior to using his Executive Powers to make these two appointments. When I raised my serious concerns about his selection of Mr. Ken Moroney and Mr. David Mortimer on this Customs Reform Board, he ignored my concerns. He lost his power and his authority because his party lost the election. I have numerous concerns about Mr. Clare right from the time he was the Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Education, Employment and Workplace Relations the Hon Julia Gillard. He has failed even to acknowledge my letters in his current position as Shadow Minister for Communications that is directly related to his Shadow Ministerial responsibilities. This is why ordinary people are fed up because they see no difference in the way this country is run no matter who is in the government. Are you ready to change the view of the people of this nation by standing up for this country?
The people of this country are looking for a major shift in the existing culture when it comes to addressing corruption. When the highest-level authorities are involved in corruption or are involved in ignoring corruption or are intentionally distancing themselves when they see the corruption the trust in them is lost. Many people on these highest levels leave when they are not ready or willing to fight the corruption. They possibly hope that they may escape the scrutiny if they leave before the corruption is exposed.

Prime Minister, your Chief of Staff Ms Petra Credlin was expected to bring to your attention the seriousness of this matter when she responded to my letter to you dated 10 August 2013 by way of her letter to me dated 15 August 2013. I am not sure if she brought this to your attention when you became the Prime Minister.
It will be very hard to believe that the person who calls the former Prime Minister Mr. Kevin Rudd his friend is not aware of my family’s pain and suffering and psychological torture while he was the Director General of ASIO. He is Mr. David Irvine. He retired on 14 September 2013 and Mr. Tony Negus –AFP Commissioner retired on 7 September 2013. You were advised to put Australia on High terror alert when these two high profile people had decided to leave. There was nobody available to take over the job as the AFP Commissioner. There was going to be an international search for filling up this position. This did not happen. Acting AFP Commissioner Position was in place for some time.
What has my family done that is wrong? Why are we treated so badly? Who are the criminals? Why they need to be protected? Why the DEMOCRACY is failing so badly? Why there is a perception that this country is becoming more and more corrupt? What are you going to do to help us?
If the judicial members in this country have shown the signs of blatant corruption while my matters were with the AAT and former ADT and that corruption is ignored who will pay the price? The ordinary law-abiding people will pay the price.
The person that you selected to be Minister for Justice was Shadow Minister for Justice, Customs and Border Protection when you were in the Opposition. You split Justice from Customs and Border Protection as a standalone Ministerial position when you won the election. Despite this Mr. Keenan, in my view, failed in performing his duties in his role while handling my matters. He has the oversight for AFP which has failed in responding to my FOI application with honesty and integrity. This is the display of arrogance by AFP is my view.
How could I expect Justice from him if he does not even want to tell me the TRUTH when I have written to him and given lot of evidence of documented corruption? Why are you sending my matters back to him when in my view he cannot be trusted at all?
You will have very challenging times if this corruption is ignored. The damage that is getting inflicted on this country by the people with lost values is enormous and please do not allow the people with lost values to earn big salaries where tax payer’s money is used to pay the corrupt people. It is simply unfair, unjust and unacceptable.
This simple but serious identity theft matter has gone out of control because of the SYSTEMIC CORRUPTION. If that corruption is not admitted and addressed immediately the matter will get worse as the time goes is my view.
If you expect the people of this country to trust you then I suggest you to start from your own PM & C together with the Attorney General’s Department for a complete overhaul. Please encourage Whistleblowers to come forward and reward them for their courage to expose the corruption within these two Departments first. There will be no shortage of people coming forward if the people are given genuine protection and encouragement to clean up the government agencies is my view. If the monetary reward is not allowed there are many other ways to reward people. Letters of appreciation, public recognition, newly created special honours like “Pride of Australia” but not AO as there are many people who are AO’s have in my view shown lost values in my matters. The list above includes many people who are AO’s. In my view they have contributed to devalue this great honour.
Please look at the letter I received dated 15 January 2015 with the reference Number C15/4473 as mentioned above. I was told just a few hours prior to this response was received on 15 January 2015 that there is a backlog for responding to the letters written on your website. I was told to wait for four to six weeks by the lady called Tyala when I called your Parliament office and was transferred to the Department. When the response was received in just few hours after my call it was from “Ministerial and Parliamentary Support Branch”. The author does not even want to write his/her name and position under the signature.
Is this the way PM & C operates? What happened to the backlog? This is the same PM & C that did not respond to the calls from the office of the Governor General where my FOI application to provide me with the signed copy of the Oath of Office of the Hon Michael Keenan MP was first made. It is a long story. Your PM & C in my view was dishonest in many ways in relation to my FOI application. That is not the subject of this letter but a baseless excuse was provided to delay the release of the documents and I was forced to make a new FOI application when it was, as per the FOI Act, not necessary to do so. The office of the GG wanted to transfer my application to PM & C as the document requested was in the possession of PM & C but PM & C, as it appears, did not want my FOI application to GG transferred to PM & C. This conduct was against the spirit of FOI Act and also in breach of FOI Act is my understanding.
Please let me know what is so confidential in the Oath of Office document? Even the Oath taken by you as the Prime Minister is broadcast and telecast many times. This conduct was a display of lack of honesty and transparency of PM & C is my view. The office of the Governor General in my view breached the FOI Act by not complying with the time frame due to the lack of interest displayed in releasing this document by PM & C.
If the letter I received in matter of few hours after my call to your office on 15 January 2015 was not authorised by you it will be your responsibility to find out if any irregularities are suspected. I have serious concerns about Mr. Keenan as a Minister for Justice for a long time and the letter dated 15 January 2015 has indicated that the matter is for the Minister for Justice. This means Mr. Keenan and/or his Office gets one more chance to engage in whatever way they like. My sincere request to you is to appoint independent Parliamentary Committee to investigate the entire matter where there is a fair, honest and impartial enquiry about the whole unresolved matter.
It is my goal to make this country, which my family has made our home from 1985, the most respected, the most transparent and No.1 democracy in the world. It will be highly appreciated if you join us in progressing towards that goal. There may not be a similar case in the history of this country where eight and a half years of systemic corruption is documented to cover up the identity theft from an ordinary family despite the crimes were identified and also the criminals were identified in as little as 48 hours on or around 16 June 2006. This is my strongest view. This is why nobody wanted our help to solve the crimes.
If the letter from PM & C to me dated 15 January 2015 is found to be unauthorised then please be open, honest and transparent with me is my request. Hiding the truth will be very much counterproductive and the trust will be lost.
The fight for justice has not stopped and there is no chance that it will stop. As the Prime Minister of this country I am writing to you with the hope that you will listen and not worry about the ramifications of the TRUTH being told. This is what Australia needs today. Mass scale and simultaneous removal of the corrupt people to start the process of corruption eradication is necessary so that the young generation will not have to come on the streets to demand a decent democracy in the future.
Please find out why Senator the Hon John Faulkner is leaving. He said “It is all over”. “Time to go”. What is over? Why is it time to go now? The time is 30 June 2017 and not now. Please find out if he is changing his mind and staying. He has still not resigned is my view.
You now have the opportunity to change this country. The path will not be easy but if there is a will you will find the way.
I wish you good luck if you have a burning desire and a passion to transform this country and taking it from Number 11 to Number 1 on the corruption perception index no matter who is involved in carrying the surveys. The prosperity, happiness and satisfied people will just be a by-product if the corruption eradication is achieved. The main benefit will be people will start respecting and trusting the elected representatives and the excellent people with exceptional values will start putting their hands up for representing people without fearing and doubting that they will have to be part of the people on the bottom of the scale of trustworthiness.
Please take another very bold step and bring all the intelligence agencies under the Freedom of Information Legislation. Your popularity will skyrocket overnight. All the corrupt people, if any, who may be wasting time and money and spending time on illegal activities may leave. This will be an automatic process of corruption eradication as many people do not have any trust in intelligence agencies around the world.
If you do not take bold actions now you may lose the next election or may find yourself in the same situation like the Gillard government. The people of this country will suffer if that happens.
Before I end, I believe you consider making arrangements to black list the business called “FOI Solutions” headed by Mr. Mick Batskos. Mr. Denis Napthine lost the election even after his government paid around million dollars to this business. This is the price people pay when they are afraid of disclosing the TRUTH. If you want the documentary evidence of the corrupt conduct of Mr. Batskos please feel free to ask. He was hired by Australia Post in my ID theft matters to cover up the truth in AAT. I sat next to him to see his corruption first hand. I am not sure if he is used as a middle man to make deals with the corrupt judicial members. The Parliamentary enquiry could possibly reveal if this is the case. The Hon Michael Keenan MP has few details of Mr. Batskos’s corruption in my matters. All the State and Federal government agencies have their own FOI officials. Why they need FOI Solutions? This legitimate business will automatically shut down if the money from the government dries up. This business does not take cases from the ordinary people who fail in getting information through FOI applications. This business needs to be thoroughly investigated is my view.
You have now many leads and many different areas to work on simultaneously to start the process of corruption eradication. We will fight for justice as long as is necessary because the corrupt people in this country have left us with nothing more to lose.
Prime Minister, xxxxxxxxxx, Rosebery, NSW 2018 is our family home. We built it new in 1997 with great pride. If we cannot leave in our own home with peace, happiness and freedom because of the never-ending corruption and our LOST FREEDOM the people of this nation will be possibly outraged if they are made aware of our fight for justice and the highest-level corruption that is unfolding. The time has come for the nation to wake up is my view.

Dear Supporters,
My petition to Ms. Christine Holgate is now signed and supported by 19094 people from every corner of Australia.
This fight for justice is worth fighting for till the truth is revealed about the REAL documents involved and also the motive behind obtaining Indonesian passport on my name to commit offences in Australia using Australia Post services very successfully.
The failure of Ms Holgate to give me a meeting and respond to my letters and documents provided to her is unacceptable and if she continues to fail to respond and reveal the truth it will affect her credibility to remain in office is my view.
