As you are aware, I have been fighting to get the truth out from Australia Post officials from June 2006 about my Identity Theft cover ups. That process has hardly stopped.

Today I am sharing one of my emails written to Australia Post’s Ms Lia Tomaras. She is a National Senior Manager Customer Care and Senior Manager Customer Voice if she is still with Australia Post.

Despite these Senior and obviously Customer related positions, Ms Tomaras has failed to respond to any of my emails from many I sent her. My many other emails could be shared in the future with my supporters as Ms Tomaras has come on the scene in recent months.

Her expertise, as appearing in the image above, has obviously failed to even give me a voice that has been denied by numerous others from within and from outside of Australia Post as well.

These colorful positions are worthless if the person appointed does not want to show any honesty, integrity, values, transparency and ethical standards.

Ms Tomaras has a golden opportunity to respond to my letters to start the process of resolution. If her silence is forced upon her by Ms Holgate and others then she needs to come clean about that as well.

In Australia Post there are numerous people on higher positions than that of Ms Tomaras that are involved in these matters. She needs to understand that many have left Australia post jobs in recent times despite working for Australia Post for many years.

The exodus of the senior people from Australia post has not been investigated by anyone in the media is my view. No investigation would be complete without my input as I have evidence of alleged wrongdoings of number of people that have left Australia Post.

The people involved and still hanging on to their positions at Australia Post are very silent and also have failed to respond to my letters despite being directly responsible to act and resolve this matter.

Please read my following two emails. The first one is addressed to Ms Lia Tomaras and the next one is addressed to Ms Christine Holgate. No one responded. The copy of my email to Ms Holgate was provided to Ms Tomaras.

Dear Ms Lia Tomaras,

The following material is self-explanatory. You may or may not get information from your own people in Australia Post easily and especially from those that have become the part of the alleged systemic corruption and cover ups.

Please alert Ms Holgate that she should not take any risk of destroying her reputation to protect people breaching their responsibilities in Australia Post. Please also tell me if the signature of Mr Paul Gardner on the letter to my solicitor Mr Vincent Pelosi was a forgery or was a genuine signature.

Please do not deviate from the vary basic responsibilities of doing your job with honesty, integrity and values. I need to keep reminding this because many big names are involved in the cover ups and you could be pressured in sending me baseless letters. Please take utmost care when you contact people or they contact you on this matter. Please keep proper dates, times and locations of the meetings and phone calls as well and comprehensive file notes to refer and use in the future. You are new on the scene and I do not want your name going as the person that is part of the systemic corruption and cover ups.

You may find many records very easily of Mr Paul Gardner writing letters to others. Hiding the truth about the authenticity of his signature in question will be very much counterproductive for anyone engaged in such activity.

You may send the SMS to me or use WhatsApp for communication if that suits you. The image from my update on change.org dated 14 July 2019 is attached here for your ready reference with Mr Paul Gardner’s suspected signature. Please find the truth and if you have already found that this is not a genuine signature and the whole letter was a fraud please do not hide the truth. You may fax the genuine signature of Mr Paul Gardner on any letter or document or the similar signature on a letter or document for me to check the authenticity. I will highly appreciate your help in that regard.

I also want to know the following:

1.       Is Ms Helen Moritz still the Executive Assistant to Ms Holgate?

2.       What is the name and contact details of the new Corporate Secretary that replaced Ms Erin Kelly?

3.       Where is the letter with the pen ink signature of Ms Lucy Tehan that you were reading to me on the phone? (That letter did not have any contract details of Ms Tehan but just the logo of Australia Post). No such letter was received by me in the mail as indicated to me by Ms Tehan. The trust is already lost. Her legal expertise obviously did not work and she has exposed herself as untrustworthy person to me.

4.       If Ms Helen Moritz is replaced by someone else who is the new person appointed in that position?

5.       What is the correct position of Mr Andrew Ballantyne? What is his postal address?

6.       Is Mr Steve Gabell, who informed us about the fraud/crimes, where my name was used on Indonesian passport that was used at Australia Post as a Photo ID to obtain Australia Post’s services is still the employee of Australia Post? If yes, I need his contact details.

7.       Is Ms Roslyn that worked with Mr Gabell at the Alexandria DF in Sydney and told us about this matter and the envelope on my name that the Postman brought back to Mr Gabell due to incorrect house number is still with Australia Post? If yes what are her contact details?

8.       What is the new position of Mr Scott J. Staunton if he is no longer the General Manager Security and Investigations? What are his contact details?

9.       Where do the emails, that are still active, of the people that have left Australia Post end up? E.g.

iii.                 Ms Erin Kelly

I have been informed by your official that Ms Erin Kelly is no longer with Australia Post. There are newspaper articles mentioning she left Australia Post at the end of December 2019. My letters written to her on her email address erin.kelly@auspost.com.au have been successfully sent after her leaving Australia Post. Please let me know where are those emails ending up. She has not responded to any of those emails. I did not know she had left until very recently.

The following is my update on Change.org platform to my petition to you. It is posted on 11 April 2020. I request you to investigate Ms Erin Kelly as her unacceptable conduct has affected my family and also kept the truth, corruption and crimes covered up. The copy of this letter is sent to elected representatives due to your failure to respond to my numerous previous letters.

This process will continue as my family needs answers from you. You have dismally failed to respond to my many letters and also failed to give me a meeting despite numerous such requests. I allowed you to bring with you many others and even suggested a meeting place-the Boardroom in your own Alexandria Delivery Facility in Sydney where these matters were brought to my attention by Mr Steve Gabell. Mr Don Kane was the investigator.

My petition on Change.org platform is easily accessible just by typing in Google “Petition Vasant Wagh”. Use of Change.org was not required if the democratic processes did not fail to deliver justice and truth. That failure was deliberate, intentional, calculated and planned. It was not due to lack of knowledge, expertise, resources or money. The failure was due to the unacceptable conduct of the decision makers which was in some cases allegedly criminal, dishonest, immoral and unethical. The longer you protect these people by your silence you could lose your credibility to remain in office is my view.

This email has the attachments where the full letter from Ms Kelly to Mr Clare with my comments is attached. The second attachment is the letter from Ms Clare to me indicating his contact with Senator Fifield who was the Minister for Communications. This was in relation to my unresolved matters and ongoing concerns with Australia Post.

Former Minister for Communications Senator Fifield has failed to respond to any of my letters during the entire period he was in that position. In his Valedictory speech, that lasted for around 23 minutes, he did not say a single word about Australia Post despite being the Minister responsible for Australia Post. The Hon Jason Clare MP did not contact me at all after raising my concerns about Australia Post with Mr Fifield. This was indicative of Mr Fifield even ignoring Mr Clare who was the Shadow Minister for Communications at the time.

Australia Post’s cover ups have continued from June 2006. During the entire period Mr Ahmed Fahour was the MD & Group CEO of Australia Post the cover ups continued as well. Please do not ignore my fight for justice is my suggestion. I did not give up from June 2006 to get the truth out and there is no chance that I will stop to get justice for my family. Your inaction and silence is unacceptable to us. People leaving their long-term jobs with Australia Post does not resolve the matter.

Ms Holgate, please investigate the unacceptable conduct of Ms Erin Kelly- Former Corporate Secretary

Dear Supporters,

Whatever has happened from June 2006 to cover up this unprecedented matter has exposed corruption culture in many places.

With the description of Ms Lia Tomaras as “Highly motivated senior leader” and her expertise in “Cultural change”, Customer experience”, Process Improvement & Efficiency, “Analise and problem solve”, “Capacity to intuitively perceive and communicate for positive outcomes” was not at all reflected while dealing with my unresolved matters.

Why is she failing in all this expertise? Has she become the part of the corrupt team? What is her benefit in remaining silent? Who is, if any, stopping her from performing her duties? Is Ms Holgate abusing her power and stop Ms Tomaras to do her job? If not Ms Holgate, then is it the General Counsel & Corporate Secretary Mr Nick Macdonald stopping Ms Tomaras to respond to my letters just like the path, he himself has taken? Is it the Special Counsel Mr Scott Staunton stopping her to communicate with me? Mr. Staunton was Head of Legal in the past and was one of the flawed FOI Review decision makers in my matters while he was the Deputy General Counsel.

What is going on at AUSTRALIA POST? What has happened to their ETHICAL STANDARDS? Why is Ms Holgate silent?

My petition is now signed and supported by a massive 19005 people from across Australia. They want the TRUTH to be revealed and many want the lawbreakers punished using the full force of the law.

We together, can make a difference and that is called People Power. When the corrupt decision makers are exposed, we cannot remain silent. It is our country and we cannot allow the democracy in our country to die a cheap death because the people in the power are abusing their power and authority.

Time to wake up and say NO to corruption is now. Please help. If anyone has any questions that are related to my petition and all the updates so far please feel free to ask.

Ms Holgate cannot be allowed to cover up corruption and protect the wrongdoers while holding the position of the Managing Director & Group Chief Executive Officer of Australia Post.

The documentary evidence of the wrongdoings is unchallengeable and this is where the silence comes from. We must denounce that silence with one voice.

Please keep helping and supporting as one day this could happen to you if the corrupt people get away with their corruption, abuse of power and authority, alleged criminal misconduct, dishonesty and wrongdoings that are well known to many others as well.

People Power is the answer because all the democratic processes have failed to get a resolution. Truth always triumphs is a universal fact, no matter how long it takes.
