Since the new Millard North remodel the passing periods have changed to 5 minutes as opposed to the ol' 7 minutes. This has been problematic for a few reasons. The first being the obvious, bathroom breaks, especially when you really have to go and your class is on the other side of the school. The second being obvious problems with what the majority of the girls at our school goes through, this alone calls for passing periods longer than 5 minutes. Also, even some of the privileges that we are allowed at Millard North like talking to teachers after class and going to your locker are impossible. We need a longer passing period and we need it now.
