Lots of Parents of school going children are being threatened by schools that if they don't pay the fee, their child will be thrown out of the school and they are giving reference of Rule 35 of the Delhi School Education Act & Rules, 1973 in which the name.of the ward is to be struck off from rolls if school dues are not paid on time 

Hon'ble court has told parents to pay the tuition fee only but who is keeping the check on what school is charging in tuition fee? Tuition fee has gone up like insane. 

When children are not going to school, there is no electricity expense, no extra expensesll school to charge the limited fee so that teachers can be paid and online classes can go on.

The pandemic is not only for the school but for the parents too. Schools should understand.

Government should make and ammendment & make sure

1. No child is thrown out of the school till this Pandemic ends.

2. No parents are threatened in the name of the law.

3. Easy payments to be planned for fee payments.

Even if you are not a parent of a school going children, do share it for the Self Respect of the parents. 

Our children look upto us, we can't fail in their eyes after all we are their role models.
