MPSC STAFF REPORT ON UPPCO BILLING PRACTICES filed today in U-18455.

Hello Warriors It was nice to see that the MPSC found several errors in UPPCO’S billing practices confirming what many UPPCO customers having been complaining about for years. I only wish the Staff would have recommended fines for these violations. Hopefully the Commission will set out stiff penalties for any future violations in their Order and direct the Staff to do a follow up report in a year. This is a victory for all UPPCO ratepayers.
