Dear Summerlin Neighbors,

Vegas Aviation and similar sounding LLCs (some based outside NV) are TARGETING Sun City, TPC Summerlin and arroyo golf club because of the view of our golf courses. Summerlin golf courses and communities now FREE auxiliary training ground for new planes with a murky history of previous fatal crashes and major safety concerns. 

KVGT has refused to put any kind of regulation or curfew to stop the daily assault. These planes are joyriding on top of our homes, endangering the lives of our neighbors and they believe it is their "privilege" to open up a practice area right on top of our homes. They are flying low, relatively slow and some are excessively looping. They are TARGETING affluent residential neighborhood west of KVGT on a daily basis now. 

While the traffic west of KVGT is dominated by rogue pilots, there is almost NO TRAFFIC in Henderson Executive, on a daily basis now. 

Businesses like Sky Combat Ace (dismissed in KHND, BANNED in Oceanside) and flight schools/touring businesses such as Vegas Aviation, CHENNAULT FLYING SERVICE, West Air Flight Training, CLEAR SKY AVIATION SALES & LEASING LLC, GENERAL AVIATION LLC, OVERLAND FREEDOM LLC, VEGAS WARBIRDS LLC, CASS AVIATION LLC, CHRISTIANSEN AVIATION LL, etc, etc) are all practicing on top of Summerlin Communities and the list grows on and on.

Every day a new LLC is attacking the peace and tranquility of our residential homes homes. 

Will Summerlin put up with this? Will Summerlin choose to live with the constant assault of low flying planes? Will it learn to accept that a few of these low flying planes might fall off the sky (as they have before), this time on top of residential homes to destroy lives? Or we will come together as community to kick these businesses out of residential Summerlin and send them to outskirt of the City. The choice is ours. Summerlin needs to make a choice, to live with the daily assault of touring businesses or to call for the boycott of low flying planes that are invading the peace and tranquility of our residential neighborhoods.
