���ATTENTION!!  The Town of Mount Pleasant votes TODAY on the Noise Ordinance!  The proposed ordinance reads 55db from property line of complainant.  However, it does not specify a time frame.  55db is roughly the amount of noise produced by a refrigerator.  Seems a bit low to me for Shem Creek. . . Let them know your thoughts!  REGARDLESS, I will take this as a small victory due to the removal of any amplified music at any time being in violation of the ordinance.
