TITLE: MOTOR SCOOTER AND MOTORIZED BICYCLE LICENSING ACT

Motorized Bicycle/Moped: A bicycle equipped with a small engine 50cc or electric motor and automatic transmission, generally capable of speeds up to 30 mph or more.
License: A valid document issued by the [relevant state/local licensing authority] authorizing an individual to operate a motor scooter or motorized bicycle on public roadways.
Public Roadway: Any street, highway, or other public right-of-way intended for vehicular travel.
