Dear Residents, Shoppers and Supporters of the Campaign to save Morrisons Store from closure in Shirley,

It is with regret that I have been informed this afternoon the decision has been made to close Morrisons in Shirley for good on 3rd November.

I attach a letter I received from their Head Office of their decision. I would like to personally thank every individual who has put their name to the petition and that we put up a good fight. I also want to thank you for you words of support and showing a positive attitude towards the campaign.
