Alchemy Brewing is a brand new brewery/bar in Brunswick East. FUN FACT - Since we opened on 27th December 2019, we’ve been open for dine in for only 17 weeks...and forced to be closed due to Covid for 25 weeks.... not including the weeks to come until we can actually open for beers again!!

We currently have a public petition at the bar to show community support for Alchemy Brewery to get a Moreland City Council Parklet, as a part of their Parklet Program - This would mean that we would be able to use the business parking spaces outside our venue on Hickford Street to set up some outdoor drinking / dining tables. We were actually approached by Moreland Council as a good venue & site for a new parklet and the petition is a part of the application process to show community support. 

Due to a lot of demand from our locals and regulars that are unable to attend the bar to sign or who live outside the 5km lockdown area, we've created this online petition to supplement the hard copy we have already started. The more support we can show council, the better our chances!!

I’m sure we don’t have the explain how essential having an outdoor dining space will be to help our business recover as we come out of COVID Lockdown - also, imagine how awesome it will be to have a beer in over summer! Rest assured, our parklet will also have plenty of greenery, just like our bar!
