The Issue

My name is not important, but my story is. I am a victim of abuse - a distressing reality for too many people. My ordeal began in 2019, and it continues unabated. Despite cries for help, the police and NHS mental health services appeared to be ineffective and turned a blind eye to my abuse, leaving me to battle my torment alone!

The kind of abuse I've endured is known as Havana Syndrome, a form of sonic attacks described in a June 2021 article in The Guardian. This form of abuse is not widely understood or recognized, making its victims even more helpless. Renowned scientist Dr Barrie Trower can validate the reality and severity of the sufferings of people like me.

Men and Women of whom are victims of psychical mental or on-line abuse should not have to suffer in silence they should be listen to and heard and helped!

Victims of abuse should not be also judged if the abuse sufferer suffers form mental outburst of breakdown or anger because abuse can turn someone's mind especially if the rest of society does not care and those in authority are on the wrong side i.e the abuser this case scenario in todays modern world is sadly too much of a reality and needs desperate change!

Data from charity SafeSpace shows that 1 out of every 15 adults in the UK have experienced some form of abuse in their lifetime. This magnitude of problem can no longer go unnoticed. We must urgently improve support for victims in similar situations. Authorities need to adequately educate and train police and mental health services staff to properly identify and assist victims of such abuse.

Our plea is that the Government ensures better protection and support for victims. This means not just investing in increased awareness and understanding of the different forms of abuse, but also providing adequate funding for more specialized services to cater to victims like myself.

We cannot underestimate the vital importance of listening and helping it can save lives. Therefore, I am asking everyone who reads this to sign this petition. Stand with us, show that you care and are willing to make a change. This is our fight against silence and disregard.

This is our call for action i would be highly grateful if people could please, consider in signing this petition!
