To remove the deadline for people who are new and first has been assessed for limited capability for work and Work-related activity that if any person applied for universal credit on 3rd April 2017 or after do not get the payments so my petition is to make a change and make sure that the deadline is removed so more people that do have a learning disability or health problems can get extra money a month
