More Funding to enforce traffic offences committed by Cycle and scooter users

More Funding to enforce traffic offences committed by Cycle and scooter users
The Issue
We Want the Government to provide more Police Funding ,For the Enforcement of Rd Traffic offences ,committed by Cyclist and those riding e Scooters, this to include the riding on Pavements ,by Cyclist/and E Bike and E Scooter users.Whom are riding on Pavements in Protected and Public Spaces.
We Want the Government to take notice and act in accordance with the law,
as we believe it is not always being Enforced By the Police. We believe this would lead to grater accountability.for those riding on Pavements ,amongst Pedestrians which are meant to be protected and Public Spaces.
Pedestrians should not be having to share space ,with Cyclist,e bikes, and scooters riding on our Pavements.it has been going on for years ,and even though this is happening now on a wide spread level little has been done to prevent this from happening.
This should not continue to be overlooked as a bike,is a vehicle as is an electric bike,as is an E scooter, and apart from shared paths ,vehicles should not be on the Pavement, these are all vehicles are they not?
Allowing such behaviour is a total contradiction of the law and does not set a good example.the focus should not just be on enjoyment, its a real Safety Concern and as it is e bikes scooter users Push bikes that ride on Pavements are not being held to account .
This is Darn right dangerous and should not be allowed..
All vehicle owners should be held to account and have a licence this should not be up for debate ,this is an ongoing safety concern .Allowing vehicles on to the pavement at the level it is today contradicts the Rd traffic act ,Highway code 64 and supported by Section 72 of the Highways act 1835
