Our retention pond,loper pond,is supposed to drain into the pond located on hwy 99 between Timberland and close to Valley Ranch. Our water cannot drain successfully due to vegetation,trees,and garbage in the canal located between Timberland. With better flow, our pond would be dryer in order for us to fix other problems and we would not flood like during this last storms!
