First of all, wow! � More than 600 people signed the petition in the first 24 hours. It's an incredible testament to how many people in our little community are truly, deeply concerned about our schools that so many people even knew it existed so quickly.

As more people hear about the petition, we've gotten questions from people who want to sign on but were unsure whether they should since the original post said it was from "concerned parents and voters." What about grandparents or guardians? What if I'm not registered to vote? Can concerned students sign too?

The answer is YES! We are updating the petition to be more inclusive, and appreciate the feedback and passion from everyone focused on making our district a safe environment for everyone.
