On February 29th, 2012, the Raspberry pi was released to the general public. It is a small credit card computer designed to help people learn to code. It became immensely popular - as of 8th of September 2016, Eben Upton, the founder of the Raspberry Pi Foundation, confirmed that the company had sold 10 million units. Te company have released new models of the Pi, keeping to the 35$ benchmark. On December 20th, 2012, Mojang, the creators of the sandbox video game Minecraft released a version of their game for Raspberry pi. You are able to mod this version of Minecraft with a program - keeping in line with the ethos of the Raspberry Pi foundation to help people learn to code. They have subsequently stopped developing it - this petition is to get them to continue development of this version of Minecraft for the 10 million Pi users.
