The requirements to get Bristol require that you have been inactive for a set, but undefined period of time and return to the game during the period of the 3.5 million download celebration. This card is currently unobtainable to players that have stuck with Fantasica loyally, some of which have been waiting for Bristol's release since her release in the Japanese version of Fantasica.
