To whom it may concern, 

I am filing a petition to allow the overturning of adoptions that were made under the false pretenses of the adoptive parent if it can be proven true. I am currently fighting a battle for my own daughter against her adoptive father. He portrayed himself to me a loving man and father figure but shortly after he adopted her he completely changed. He has physically and mentally abused her and mentally abused me and his other children. It would be detrimental for my child to be involved with this man. He is dangerous and there is nothing that I can do to help my daughter. She shouldn't have to suffer the consequences because I couldn't see past his facade. There are so many people out there just like me in the same situation and we feel helpless to change the situation for our children. Please consider passing this petition to save these children from a life of heartache.  His other children have been brain washed to hate their mother and  have even threatened to kill their own mother because of their dad's hatred for her. Now that my husband and I are getting a divorce it's only a matter of time before he does it to my daughter to. He has already threatened to kill me if I ever left him so  I got an order of protection to keep him away from us but he is getting it overturned and has now filed for full physical/ sole custody of my daughter. These children need help and my child needs help,  please help us end this circle of court hearings and worrying about our children being with these horrible people. I may not be able to help my own case but for the many others out there just like me, I want to make a difference.
