I'm appealing to all representatives I can to outlaw all puppymills in the United States of America. And I think oklahoma should be the first state to pass this. We murder 8 thousand dog's a day, due to bad breeding practices. Go to a puppymill, and see for yourself. The USDA doesn't monitor them. If puppymills are closed down and outlawed. Maybe we can follow Denmark, they are doing more right for the dogs. Since they can't speak, I will continue to speak for them.
