Help Mississippi Recognize the Armenian Genocide

The Issue

On April 24, 1915 the crumbling Ottoman Empire with the new government headed by the "Young Turks" committed the 20th century's first Genocide against its Armenian Population. Over 1.5 million innocent people were murdered, leaving thousands of orphans, widows, and entire families massacred. While 49 out of the 50 States in the United States have recognized the Armenian Genocide, Mississippi has yet to do so. Please help make Mississippi be on the right side of human rights.
