Petition updateRequest for the release of Deborah MosbyAngel's Eyes

Deborah cannot apply for governor pardon due to the process requiring an insane amount of paperwork that is no longer available due to the age of her case. The only hope for release is our petition and pleas to the parole board. Although Deborah will be 65 this year, she is not eligible for release under the elder laws either because her case is considered a capital crime. Our system has successfully placed her fate in the hands of solely the 5 parole board members of Mississippi. The members have great credentials and experience and likely see Deborah's case as more than qualified for release but the political motivation is corrupting objectivity of fairness and justice in Deborah's case.

Meanwhile, God is using Deborah in a huge way within Central Mississippi Correctional Facility. Superintendent Ron King has observed Deborah's integrity within the facility and has supported her in starting a new ministry program called Angel's Eyes. Angel's Eyes was founded by Deborah and named after her eldest daughter who passed away in 2014. It is a Christ centered fine arts program which  allows inmates to participate in fine art courses and produce works of art for donation to various charitable auctions. Angel's Eyes will remain in place for years to come thanks to Deborah's commitment to Christ's ministry.

Please be in prayer as Deborah's next parole hearing approaches.
