To honor his legacy and create an ongoing community message to be preserved for future generations of residents which permanently highlights the importance of human and civil rights, social and criminal justice, and community community collectively, advocacy and togetherness, I am proposing changing the name of the section of East Lake Street between Columbus Ave and Elliot Ave to George Floyd Way.  Please sign this petition as proof of your support to further make this important proposal a reality.
