Okay Citizens of Fraser Heights...Something has been bothering me for some time now and I will tell you my own personal story at the end of this, if you care to read it. I have lived in Fraser heights for over 26 years now and a lot has changed.They are building new homes all over and the streets are crap all over (cut up, no fresh, pavement no sidewalks some areas etc) Anyways the city (I guess )took away a perfectly good road at 110th and 153rd (another entrance and exit to our community). We now only have 156th st and 160th to get in and out of our neighborhood. With save on foods coming in soon at 104th it's going to be a nightmare, as 156th already is clogged to get into our neighborhood.All I would like to see is that HOV ramp to be just a on and off ramp for anybody to get into our neighborhood whether your coming from work by yourself or shopping by yourself or whatever as a solo car, to use instead of going way out of your way, just to get home! If you catch me by myself on the highway in the HOV lane then feel free to give me a ticket. I want to get home the easiest way possible. Reducing our carbon footprint and trying to get people out of their cars through using less carbon emissions,and less time driving aimlessly just to get home, benefits everyone.****My Personals Story****with the HOV off ramp.right or wrong i have used the off ramp many times by myself and the police have been there.(nice guys).They asked me why i was using it and i explained where i lived etc showed them my licence and they all let me go because i asked them wouldn't they use this if they lived in Fraser Heights and they all said they would.i spoke with the last officer the longest and at the end of our conversation he looked at me and said "well do something about it" so that is why i have created this petition.For all the people who live in Fraser Heights not just myself.If anyone has any pull with Surrey City or whomever may or could help please pass it on and tell your friends and neighbors.thanks for reading.
