A Northeast girl have been brutally assaulted, abused, raped, and tortured by 4 men and 1 woman which is beyond imagination for any human to witness in that viral video which has been retrieved from dark web. The pain, the torment and the physical torture she had experienced is what many Nirbhayas had faced before. The innocent girl was stripped, tortured, brutally thrashed, gangraped and a glass bottle is inserted in her private part. Even during a pandemic some humans have lost their humanity and the cases of rape, gangrape, molestation and violence has been rising.

The question arises is the mentality of the culprits that did this heinous crime can be changed or the criminals can be rehabilitated as per the theory that is followed by the CJS??

Answer is No! They should be hanged immediately after being arrested. But we all knew that it will be a long judicial process of fostering criminals and taking care of them in jails for uncertain years.

But its high time and now the citizen of India will not stop till the culprits of heinous rape and brutal torture of a innocent Northeast girl are HANGED TILL DEATH immediately. 

We as a citizen of India are fed up with the Criminal Justice System who doesn't provide justice to victims rather than foster criminals in jails till the trial completes. As we can witness these doesn't have any affect to the criminals or there is any decrease of rape cases, therefore there should be new amendments in the law that provide fast judicial trial and immediate execution in cases of rape which have substantial conclusive evidence.

We as a citizen of democratic country demands Stringent Law to punish the culprits and provide justice to victims by fast and efficient judicial process for the crime which have substantial conclusive evidence.

Here, I would also like to shed some light on how the judicial system can provide immediate justice to victims of rape (reference Disha Act)

7-day deadline only for heinous rape cases

1. Capital punishment for sexual offenses against women and children
2. Reducing the judgment period to 7 days.
3. Reducing appeal to 1 months for disposal of the rape case. 
4. Contribution of a special police team and appointment of the special public prosecutor in special courts for immediate trial.
5. Lawyers of the victims will be paid by the government making it a free service for the family of victim

The brutal gangrape of an innocent Northeast girl has once again have shed light on the unaddressed issues and the incompetency of Indian Judicial System that existed in India since long and time has come to address them raise our voices and demand the capital punishment for rapist and justice to all the Nirbhayas of India who have been waiting for many years.

We demand Capital Punishment for 4 men and 1 woman who brutally raped an innocent Northeast girl.
