Petition to withdraw Dog breeding & Pet Shop rules chapter from animal cruelty law.

Petition to withdraw Dog breeding & Pet Shop rules chapter from animal cruelty law.
The Issue
In respect to PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO ANIMALS ACT which was passed by the environment ministry, i would like to ask something.
If Dogs, birds, fish breeding comes under cruelty then how will you consider these below
1. Getting milk from Cows, buffalo, goat, sheep without their wish. 2. Getting meat, leather, bones and other organs from animals without their wish for taste and other products like clothes, shoes, belts etc. 3. Using Cows, oxen, buffallow etc mercilessly in agriculture without their wish. 4. Using Horses without their wish in army etc. Shaktiman was one example and many more died. 5. Using Dogs in bomb squads without their wish, who is responsible if bomb, landmines exploded and dogs dies. 6. Keeping forests wild birds and animals in zoos without their wish in artificial environment and getting money in form of entry tickets. 7. Govt Vet hospitals, Shelters where these speechless animals are treated worst than slaves under extremely unhygienic conditions.
On the other hand we are pet lovers who don't kill them but keep them properly like our children, feed them properly, clean them properly and also introducing smiles to new families who are interested in taking a pet, how this is a cruelty.
India is a democratic country and here decisions should not be imposed on people, professionals, pet lovers without taking suggestions, advice from them.
Families are crying aer this forceful decision implemented on them and now they are worried about their children's, family future as who will take care of them if this profession goes away from them, will you give all those 10 crore affected people an employment and if no then please get these rules back.
