You might be watching Lakhs of Street Dogs (Helpless creature of God) Hungry/Thirsty/Beaten/Harassed by Humans (Intelligent creature of God). We (normal middle class public) can not feed all the dogs, and we can not expect from Government too for the same. But Can We (0.5% humans who cares little for them) expect from Municipal Board to start ABC (Anti Birth Control Movement) Immediately on large scale for dogs to control the population ?????. Persons who feed the dogs are generally belongs to Road side Huts or middle class families as Rich people do not have heart or money to feed them And those people are already lack of money/ Bread n butter for their own due to COVID pandemic.

Hence You are requested to look into the matter to avoid increasing quarrel between Nature and Humans, accidents, road safety etc.. You are also to launch campaign among HUMANS to KIND to SPEECHLESS CREATURES of GOD who are having equal rights to live and survive by God and constitution.
