Scottish Ciao Rights Petition meets 'Three Strikes' Rule

Dear Ciao Rights supporters,
Just letting those interested in Ciao Rights affairs, another petition was was sent to the Scottish parliament earlier this year via its special in-house 'e-petition' system. Several other petitions have been sent in previous years, went through the vigorous 'vetting' system before going before the Public Petitions Committee to be peremptorily rejected in under a minute or two. This time a new 'three strikes and you're out' rule has been invented to reject this year's petition on the basis that it was similar in content to three other petitions I have submitted. This new system makes it easy for the government to never make any legal changes it doesn't want to make, no matter how many people sign a petition or how persistent they are.
All I can do is revert to change.org petitions and ignore the Scottish Parliament's sham scheme.
Here is the CIAO Rights change.org petition to Scotland. I hope you sign it and share with others. Thanks to all of you who are helping to support human rights for CIAO people. Ciao! RM
