DEC 19, 2017 — Hello! As a result of national and International attention/pressure on animal cruelty and lack of animal welfare in Indonesia, the Indonesian Animal Welfare Society (IAWS), along with IAR Indonesia, Scorpion Illegal Trade Monitoring Group, and Planet Indonesia were invited to meet with staff at the Persident Widodo's office on December 18th 2017 for initial discussion http://iawsociety.org/2017/12/19/iaws-visit-to-the-president-of-indonesias-office/ The discussions are in the very early stages but a step in the right direction. Please support all of these local NGOs for their work. These NGOs speak for the animals not PKBSI who are only their to support animal exploiters!
