Dogs and puppies are being sold unchipped which is illegal - Microchipping Dogs Regulation 2015. •How can AHAR miraculously get Paypal funds cleared straight away on fair days, when they have openly said it takes two days for Paypal funds to clear? •When those who abuse animals know that they can get paid by AHAR, no questions asked, no fear of any reprisals and can continue to repeat this cycle as AHAR will always BUY yet NEVER report - what sort of deterrent is this? •There have been cases of animals inadvertently ending up at AHAR and panicked owners desperate for their return, only to be met with resistance from AHAR - recent story of Riley/Dave the injured kitten. https://facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=347051555784642&id=176903492799450&fs=5 So please tell us, exactly how AHAR are helping stolen and abused dogs and being a deterrent for this illicit trade by BUYING stolen and abused dogs?
