As we approach 33,000 signatures we want to highlight the fundamental problem with BUYING in rescue. AHAR make no secret that they BUY their 'rescue' animals at the Irish fairs. This perpetuates the cycle of abuse and exacerbates the problem. Indeed, the majority of animals AHAR 'rescue', they BUY in one form or another.
