Firstly a massive thank you to all who have supported and shared our petition to hold AHAR to account. We have over 30,000 signatures. REVIEW As a lot of new people have joined the campaign in the past 2 months we thought it worthwhile to recap on some stories you may have missed. EVERY animal is important to us - that their suffering is not in vain. We can use their stories to push for lasting change at AHAR. Please take the time to read the previous updates. Including the stories of animals neglected by AHAR - Zorro the Border Collie, horses Firefly and Fantsi and the sheep kept at the manager's home. READ the harrowing story of ex-volunteer Sue Gillett of her time at AHAR. See what other ex AHAR volunteers had to say in response about their own trauma. LISTEN to the audio threats by the founder and current manager to those who dare to cross her. WATCH the 2 RTÉ programmes that exposed AHAR failings which started the petition. Those and many more stories are told in the updates and on the Facebook pages - https://www.facebook.com/exposingAHAR/ https://www.facebook.com/STOPtheCRUELTYatAHAR/ Then ask yourself this - •Why is the welfare of the animals and their 5 freedoms not upheld at AHAR? •Why is the founder and current manager still in her position? •Is she someone who should be allowed to work with animals? •With children? All we can do is keep highlighting the failings, adding as many names to the petition as we can and creating awareness, so that those in authority have to step in and make the necessary changes. Please continue to sign and share the petition - be the voice for the animals. Thank you. #EnoughIsEnough AHAR Exposed Team
