Joshua Labiche is a bubbly, friendly, happy and bright 5 year old boy. He attends St. Vincent's Junior Boys School, North William Street, Dublin 1. Here he has made many friends and is making excellent progress with his schoolwork.

His family have lived in Ireland legally for years and have set up their home here.

Now, Joshua and his parents face deportation to Mauritius.

Joshua was born in Ireland and has lived here his whole life. We believe he has a right to stay here and continue his schoolwork and remain with his friends.
