We have received legal advice and need to move quickly - before the council makes its decision on the DA. This is a very challenging and complicated situation that needs expert legal advice to ensure we target exactly where we need to, to put this to a stop, once and for all. If we wait til a decision is made we face a snowflakes' chance, they've advised.
