Add a subsection to the policy on Legislation to make it so that the pharmacist has to have a conversation with the customer if they are giving them a substitution. The prescription sheet may say substitutions allowed, so if the pharmacy is out of the exact brand, they need to say that they will use an alternative. We want to achieve this, as by adding this subsection we will make a positive impact because it will help to make people aware if there are any changes in the type of medication or the dose of medication they're getting. We would also like to include a customer feedback sheet, so that all customers can fill it out and say if a conversation has happened regarding the medication.
