We believe in the importance of transparency and open communication, which is why we are writing to inform you about an attempt to shed light on the management practices within Aspen Regency that has been met with nothing but silence. We ask the management company once again to maintain a fair and accountable environment for everyone.
As you know, some concerns have been raised regarding certain individuals in management positions. Aspen Regency is not taking these concerns seriously and are not even concerned enough to investigating and addressing them in a thorough and impartial manner. Our goal is to provide you with accurate information and ensure that all parties are held accountable for their actions.
We have received information regarding a specific incident involving a miss-delivered box of golf balls several weeks ago. It has been alleged that instead of promptly returning the box to its intended recipient, someone who is currently still employed at Aspen Regency took it home after concealing it under his desk and later in the back seat of the truck he drives.
We recognize the seriousness of these allegations and want a comprehensive inquiry to begin immediately. We are actively gathering information from various sources, including former and current employees, to ensure a fair and unbiased assessment of the situation. We believe that it is crucial to examine all available evidence before drawing conclusions or passing judgment. Yet the property management, in an effort to protect its own perhaps, refuses to do anything about the allegations. Instead they are stonewalling and refusing to listen to anyone.
Rest assured, we are committed to transparency and will share the findings of our investigation with anyone once it is complete. It is important to note that unlike the property management, we will handle this matter with the utmost professionalism and adherence to legal and ethical standards. Our aim is to foster an environment of trust and accountability within our community.
