We, the citizens of Missouri, and neighbors of Jeffrey Weinhaus ask for his immediate unconditional pardon.

Indisputable evidence shows that Jeffrey Weinhaus is an innocent man serving a three decade prison sentence after being shot four times by the MSHP.

Evidence such as FBI agent eyewitness testimony that would have cleared him was held from trial to attain a false conviction. 

The six long years an innocent man has already served as well as what he has lost in the process is long enough to wait for justice.

We stand behind Jeffrey Weinhaus and his innocense, and we want him home.
