1.We Believe A constitutionally sound protection applys to married couples when regarding a conjugal visit and petitioning the State of Ohio for such a Right is a most reasonable action. We are not seeking anything unreasonable with such a request but mere basic Rights for married couple! Marriage is a union between two adults who have sworn a loyal devotion to one another out of their Love they have for each other.

2. It is a proven fact that implementing such a Right when providing prisoners of the state conjugal visits between their spouse significantly reduce the violence inside prisons. This fact can be proven when examining the States of New York and California records. When implementing such a Right with conjugal visits for prisoners it sets a internal system of incentives for good behavior amongst the population. We can not stress nor emphasize the importance in such procedural rights and eentitleemenmts being provided and made available for prisoners of the state.
