A man beat a child to death..A child that is less than 3 years of age.. It was proven in court that he was guilty. He was charged with murder one.. When his guilty verdict came back the lawyer asked for a lesser charge.. They gave him involuntary manslaughter.. which carries a quarter of the original charges..
I believe if you injure a child and cause death you should be charged a mandatory sentence of murder 2 atleast..
We should seek justice for innocent children who can not defend themselves...
