Thankyou to those of you who contacted the facebook pages of the Spanish and French animal welfare organisations. It is very important that you voice your opinions instead of just signing these petitions.

Please continue to do this and keep contacting these welfare organisations so that they know there are many people who are very upset about the lack of care in these countries towards animals.

I have just read yet another blog on my timeline regarding a hunter in Galicia, Northern Spain, who shot his hunting dog six times and then tied it up and dragged it over track land for about half a mile. How disgusting is this!! His excuse is that because he is a hunter he can do these things without prosecution!!
