Yes i'm back again as i really wanted to tell you about when Ajuda a Alimentar Caes went to visit a junior school to talk to the children about animal care/welfare,

The children were very excited by this as they took some puppies along for them to hold. However, there were several children who were very  traumatised when shown some pictures of animals that hadn't been taken care off and they were in tears! They gave accounts of the things they had witnessed personally mainly involving their grandparents, but also their parents sometimes,

One child described how she had seen her grandmother throw hot water over a kitten in the garden. Another described how her grandfathers pitbull dog was always tied up and never went out! It stayed out in all weathers with only small amounts of food and water and no one even spoke to it!

Another child described how she had witnessed his grandfather poison 3 small puppies in the garden. How awful for him!

All these children said they hated their grandparents!! and some said also their parents!!

N.B.  This corruption of the young kids also happens regarding Bullfighting when some of them are taken to a Bullfight at an incredibly early age and are of course scared out of their minds!! This of course guarantees the survival of Bullfighting for the next generation!
