Hello.

Earlier today i read a blog featured on Tobi Hughes Madeira Island News, which said that ANIMAD animal charity on Madeira are full to capacity and cannot take anymore animals in, They already have babies (puppies and kittens) that urgently need homes and many older dogs which are very often overlooked as people prefer the young ones.

The only way to stop this problem is by sterilisation and education. The government will not do anything until all these charities get together and collectively challenge them. My petition also has many supporters and i am still waiting for Joao Frietas the Portuguese lawyer to prepare the legal paperwork. To change the law it is a long winded process always.
