Hi, 

I am waiting for the Portuguese Lawyer who works for PAN Lisbon, to complete the paper signatures documentation so that it can be forwarded on to Ajuda a Alimentar Caes to get the 1,500 signatures needed by Portuguese Law. It can then be presented to the government along with the Change,Org signatures (10,000+ in total) .
