Hello all,

Unfortunately there has been very little development in regard to a reply from the Independent MP Gil Canha and i am beginning to think that after two attempts at contacting him that he is not interested in this issue.

All i can do now is try and find someone else in authority that is in a position to take this petition to the Regional Assembly for debate once it reaches 5,000 signatures.

PLEASE BOYCOTT MADEIRA. ONLY THEN WILL THE GOVERNMENT ACT, THANKS.

Also, it can be published in the local paper called the "Diario" when we reach 5,000 signatures. This may help raise awareness of this issue across Madeira and attract media help.
