Hi,  there has been no response regarding this petition from my email sent to the Vice President of Madeira, i am not suprised by this at all.I will send the petition in very soon so he can see how many people are supporting this!! Looks like it will eventually have to involve the media to get any real success. Please continue to support this petition as it is so important to get changes and dogs neuteured in kennels and shelters.
