For several weeks now minor hockey in London/Middlesex has returned to the ice under strict protocols to limit the spread of Covid-19. Health declarations, masks, social distancing, controlled entry and exit and elevated cleaning and sanitizing protocols have all been put in place to allow hockey to return. Boys and girls alike have been adhering to these new protocols to be able to resume participating in the sport they love.   Dr Chris Mackie has chosen to target a group where there has been no spread of the virus and the families who have chosen to participate knowingly understand that the risks are no different then attending school, shopping centres and other places of business.  The effects of these additional restrictions will put even more stress on our children both physically AND mentally.  Help to force the MLHU to revert back and allow our children to continue to play hockey.
